Sweet.
Agreed, ending felt abit rushed, but good for Aileen and Claude to finally get their happy ending. Lilia, the king and that damn loli baba tho, they definitely deserved worst punishment than what they received here... Cedric on the other hand, at least redeemed himself by doing the right thing at the end.
Feels like that damn king literally did nothing except making a nuisance of himself. He's like a damn puppet of the lolibaba.
Yeah the ending is obviously rushed, but it was still nice ,idk if they can do anything to the empress or king without causing a huge drama in the kingdom, and well Lillia deserves to at least lose a limb maybe that way she finally gets her reality, and I’m a sucker for redemptions so I’m glad the prince redeemed himself(I mean it was obvious he was a tool of lillia from the start), hopefully he teaches his hoe good manners
Voiced by the legendary Tomokazu Sugita, also known as Gintoki from Gintama, Escanor from Nanatsu no Taizai, and arguably most famous as Joesph Joestar!
And recently voiced that dummy head in the dummy head anime and voiced Rudy (before he got isekai'd) in Mushoku Tensei!
So yes, best bird indeed! Can't say the same of him as Sakurai's dad in Uzaki-chan.
Bro woke up, and became a fuck3n missle. xD
Bruh how do you know so much anime?lol i only know one of those names
I follow anime, especially in the last few years.
And I also checked his MAL page.
the anime was ok, but I was expecting something better, so I will give it 6/10
The fact that Almond is voiced by my favorite Jap VA. I'll give it a 10/10.
Definitely 10/10 ending.
I Agree.
I can't even remember anime characters name outta a 12ep anime

That's just basic knowledge about the most popular shows.
Those are actually very well known names.
Also voiced the father in "To be a Hero!".
Wah....almond was by sugi-tan!? I recognized Keith's voice immidietely but i couldn't with almond..
I guess that's his "silly voice". I recognized it from Pop Team Epic. Didn't know he also had many roles in his "normal voice".
Thanks for the Information man. I didn't knew he voiced so many Great characters.

Cedric and Lilia live happily ever after in the prison
that hoe deserves to die.....screw that ending!
NO! She Just Need SOME HEALING!
Keyaru approves
Keyaru doesn't have time to deal with soft villains like her. She really wasn't evil enough to earn her a spot in his kill/torture list.
I'm not so sure if death is rock bottom though, surely even if it was rock bottom then how about ripping out those bedrocks to fk around and find out what lies beneath.
edit:"happily tortured till the end of their days"
Prison in the time setting is no joke
In medieval times there was mostly no prisons and people had terminal punishment for most of crimes, even for those which now considered minor (like thievery). Pretty much only noble POW's or hostages, people who had value kept alive and under control had confinement. Things started to change 1st in the colonial nations (who started dumping their criminals to the frontiers), while for rest of nations change occurred later. Modern prison systems come into being post-WW2, while before inmates in earlier in modern age was mostly valued as a cheap workforce.
Story implies that Cedric and Lilia got house arrest.
...back then, what would be their versions of what are often called prisons now, were what were (and perhaps still are ?) called «dungeons» that was used to keep «offenders» captive ?
Also, modern prison-systems are about the $$$, and, are in existence largely because of the change in monetary system after 1913, for, the court-systems are in reality... banking systems (the terms/legalese are used in order to disguise the massive-fraud racketeering; Bonds ? Regardless of whether they are called Prison-Bonds, Jail-Bonds, Release-Bonds, etc., a Bond in the system is literally an Instrument of Exchange, just like any other Stocks, BONDs, Money Market CDs, Time-Shares, 401Ks, IRAs, Derivatives, IOUs, Promissory Notes, and, basically, all those forms of Instruments of Exchange which are literally sold and traded on the Wall-Street Stock-Market, and Standard & Poor's, and Dunn & BradStreet, and any and all other kinds of stock-market systems).
All of it is tied into the Cestui Que Trust which is part of the Birth-Certificate System, oh, and get this, according to Legalese-Definition, The United States is located in the District of Columbia...
Someone went down a shady internet conspiracy rabbit hole recently lol
«The United States is located in the District of Columbia» Quoted from UCC 9-307
«First, kill all the lawyers...» -Shakespeare
Dungeons primary role was temporary holding place, like keeping place for POWs, who was mostly captured knights (which was land-owning class, so unlike lowborn levies knights was pretty rich by then-modern standards) awaiting ransom or criminals awaiting trial, or hostages awaiting more permanent decision on their fate. Isolation as method of criminal punishment are pretty modern invention, so dungeons was "detention cells" of the old times.
Actually contemporary meaning for most of medieval times for dungeon/donjon was inner tower of the castle, the keep (meaning it still keeps in French). Not every castle had permanent prison cells.
And mostly, torture.
Either to get information, or to get a signed confession to whatever you wanted to indict them with.
Like they admit they're spy in service of neighboring kingdom, and so you have casus belli to invade.
Crusader kings are not proper representation of medieval laws, can't remember example where spying on someone considered casus belli, it was usually something that would justify taking land or money from war target, a gain which would unquestionably ally vassals behind their lord because they will gain something too. Dynastic conflicts produced longest conflicts because the price was the redistribution (wealth, land) of enemy realm, so motivation for the aggressors side to keep going was highest.
Torture was common if you want to extract some information from captive or to break them into submission. It was not usually used on most of military POWs or hostages because their value was in their well-being as walking "exchange pieces" for ransoms or other exchanges. But it was commonly used on criminals because confession usually was considered very reliable type of evidence plus it was intimidation tactics against other possible perpetrators.
LOL I'm not using Crusader Kings as a reference.
Yea but they are royalty, its probably house arrest
Well, they were Attending the Wedding so it doesn't look that bad.
Almond best bird
